Grandma used to say to me
Just look up, and you will see
There's a place up there that's beautiful
A place that's made for you and me
She told me that she loved me
And told me that she cared
To one day show me the place
The place she saw up there.
Now I close my eyes
And sometimes think I see
My grandma, way up there
And, she's waving to me
I know that I will miss her
And I know days will be hard
But I'll see her soon
In the place up there
The place that's in her heart.
